MEDJUGORJE SPECULATION ANDREA TORNIELLI VATICAN INSIDER

MEDJUGORJE PLAYING DICE WITH ONE"S FAITH

john konnor

..at medjugorje people place their precious faith a gift of God in the hands of seers..such seers have no authority or credibility..yet since people become lonely and bored in their faith journey they need to juice things up with a little excitement and so they walk the wild side and allow others to cast the dice..this is dangerous since speculation or spiritual gambling is sorcery and a sin to be shunned it is abhorrent to faith.... and now many people allow this jejune piety to replace stolid CHurch sanctioned devotions....such counterfeit spirituality closes one off to the workings of the Holy Spirit since such people believe themselves to be holy and saved since they believe they are doing God a great service by answering the call of OUR LADY..however the Church has NEVER proven such a fact....and by so doing they ignore the will of God as it emanates from his temporal organ which is the magisterium of the Church...God does not speak through unsanctioned seers ..God's will proceeds from the  Church which is the mystical body of Christ..from whose heart flows every grace...

.....such a phenomenon is pernicous and insidious and indeed very cunning...since the devil uses Church sanctioned devotions such as prayer fasting and the rosary as decoys to lead people out of the COMMUNION  of the saints....into a spirituality of scrupulosity rather than one of Generosity..and so now people believe themselves to be edified through their own work while all the while they are presuming upon God's mercy...they ignore Church decrees thinking it is perfectly reasonable to destroy the credibility of the Church and place 2000 years of apostolic succession into the hands of seers who have no authority....let it roll!!!

...indeed the stakes are high since faith is on the table...if such seers are found out to be unreliable witnesses then what good will all this speculation have done???...playing crapaud or craps with one's faith is indeed an offense to God since spiritually one is bent over as a toad with their face to the ground and not toward heaven...since heaven in the spirit has no direction we must understand these terms in the spirit and not as placings of spatial coordinates..when one says ground one means the spirit of gluttony and material things..when one says heaven one means the spirit of renunciation and penury of spirit...such people who deal in phenomenon become fixated on the visions of the world (apparitions) what they see with the senses and what they feel with the emotions..this is a hunched over faith..it is paralyzed..since God cannot be felt or seen we see that effectively the devil has cunniingly distracted these people from the true path of catholic spirituality...which resides in the gospel of charity....

...so now effectively such people are cut off from the workings of the holy spirit since they are consumed with the things seen and felt and they close themselves to any growth since they believe they have arrived at holiness...they close their spiritual ears and eyes and the devil now has them lured away from the flock...and Jesus has warned us of this in scripture when he said...

10 Amen, amen I say to you: He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up another way, the same is a thief and a robber.
-John 10:1

..what is meant spiritually in this verse is that anyone such as a seer without credibility who attempts to pass messages which are allegedly from God but who does not go through the proper spiritual door which temporally is the Church is a thief and a robber...and so a gambler is a thief and a robber since such a person refuses to work honestly for their living since they rely on cunning and the misery of others to gain happiness..and so we can see that this is the hallmark of the work of the devil..to feel good no matter what the cost and to enslave others in the process...the devil wants to make us spiritual slaves while God seeks to make us free..and so we should avoid such phenomenon if we are called to follow a rigid program in order to be saved.....we each have a vocation which the Holy Spirit interiorly deigns or quickens us to pursue...and we will recognize it if we follow the voice of God as it proceeds from his Church....in short there is no recipe for salvation per se...besides living the Gospel....

>>jesus told us his yoke was easy and his burden was light...at medjugorje we are told to follow the messages of prayer of the rosary daily and fasting on bread and water and reading the bible..it is a strict regimen and so this is setting us up for failure since the devil will get us to do all these things with the intention of starting us off with good feelings and extra-accesory zeal yet when we fall away from our  spiritual chores which are passed off as devotions because we set the standard too high we run the risk of setting ourselves up for despair...which is another sin of the holy spirit..and the sin of Judas Iscariot...the key is balance..to start slow and work our way towards our vocation..some are called to more some are called to less yet all those who live the Gospel in virtue are pleasing to God...

...as therese of lisieux the little flower said we should do small things with great love..indeed this is the way of the gospel..some people cannot fast some people cannot say the rosary everyday..some people cannot attend mass everyday..as people of God we need to concentrate on living a life of virtue....not on rules and regimes...medjugorje is a pharasiaical cult and very easy to see that it is not genuine spirituality coming from the Mother of God..since it sets one up for failure as well  we see most of the adherents have ignored the ruling of the BIshop's conference and have publicly promoted this place as a supernatural Church sanctioned shrine which is completely false....it is all rash presumption based on imperceptibly probable arguments such as what the seers say or the subjective experiences of visitors (spinning sun) or conversions which are attributable directly to the sincerity of the faith of the devotees & the prevenient and cooperative graces of God ...such presumption is not even close to vehement presumption which is the presumption the Bishop has based his ruling on since it is based on evidence and facts not speculation...

..let us examine ourselves with the spirit of counsel so that we may act according to the voice of the spirit of God ....amen

MEDJUGORJE | THE TEN SECRETS

MEDJUGORJE & THE  10 SECRETS

.....vincible ignorance (removable through reasonable deliberation) is a sin, if it be about matters one is bound to know....
in so far as one omits to say what one ought, or to do what one ought, or to desire what one ought, in order to acquire the knowledge which we ought to have.......

-thomas Aquinas (summa theologica)

yet...at MEDJUGORJE we are not cautioned by the seers on the official ruling of the CHurch..and those who choose to attribute a supernatural character to the visions are guilty of studied or supine ignorance..since they have either not Checked the official Church stance or choose to ignore it...since the Church has said it is not possible to atribute any supernatural character to visions or apparitions at this place....and since before ascribing the assent of our faith we are bound to act according to the precepts of the CHurch...

..it is true that a mind may believe as it wishes however...to misrepresent the truth constitutes a tort in civil law and can entitle one to pecuniary damages..meaning such people may be litigated against for pecuniary damages..as well to falsely publicize Medjugorje as a place of supernatural apparitions and by so doing induce scandal through the ommission of communication  of the duty which the faithful have in obeying such a precept is a sin which is grave in matter and violates charity and is definately an evil in itself...

..since by leading through a bad example by disobeying certain precepts of the Church such people harm the unity of believers instituted to the apostles  to bind and preserve by Jesus ... by so doing such people damage the cohesive spiration of the Holy Spirit in the Church..and so unwittingly work against God.....

MEDJUGORJE | THE WORK OF THE DEVIL

MEDJUGORJE the DEVIL'S WORK  AND THE THREE SPIRITS OF THE INTERIOR LIFE

john konnor

......the discernment of spirits is essential for anyone who professes to be a lover of Christ...this is why if one chooses a more arduous and trying spirituality..one must become aware of the myriad snares of the devil or the strivings of the ego and finally be acquainted with the light yoke of the spirit of God which to the ego may seem at times intolerable due to its nature of being the stubborn ass which St. Francis aptly described it...

...this summary will deal with the action and characteristics of the spirit of the devil which as many know is subtle beguiling and diffident to reproof, bitterly inclined toward destruction yet at the outset it will scatter a semblance of Good before its prey in order to lead into the catacombs of the minotaur or the unsuspecting short sighted single eyed spirituality of the self... that is why spiritually we have two eyes as a mirror of the physical world..in the spiritual eyes we have proper discernment which understands good from better and best and bad from worse to worst..the passive eye sees and the active eye understands (discerns)..it is faith and reason working together....of course subtle shades of grey appear along the way and if one is fresh in the spiritual journey they will still be prone to the call of the ego when the way of CHrist grows dry and wearisome....

..if we are availed of charity then we will pine for the salvation of each other and so when we see good souls drawn to calamity we should rightly offer assisstance and so it goes....

...here from a celebrated spiritual master is an excerpt from the Three Ages of the Interior Life:

...as we see in the image above the devil pipes unsound doctrines into a person's head turning them into a piping hypocrite indeed making discordant sounds as a bagpipe full of error...one says they love the Church yet they ignore her Bishops acting within their scope ..one says they have devotion to Mary yet they are not humble like Mary is in spirit and do not submit themselves to sound advice from their spiritual superiors (local Ordinaries) Bishops conferences ie Zadar commission stating it is not possible to realize anything supernatural occuring at MEDJUGORJE...indeed such advocates seemingly cannot endure a reasoned approach since they are entranced or under a spell..they are told to use their heart and the devil knows the way to one's desolation is through feelings and desires since it is through the desires and the lower appetites that one can be brought into intellectual submission and sold into spiritual slavery.....

THE SIGNS OF THE SPIRIT OF THE DEVIL

...by REGINALD GARRIGOU-LAGRANGE, O.P.

The devil first lifts us up by inspiring us with pride, subsequently to cast us down into trouble, discouragement, and even despair. To recognize his influence, we must consider it in relation to mortification, humility, and the three theological virtues.
The devil does not necessarily, as nature does, disincline us to mortification; on the contrary, he urges certain souls toward an exaggerated, very visible, exterior mortification, especially in centers where it is held in honor. Such a course of action keeps pride alive and ruins health. But the devil does not incline a soul to the interior mortification of the imagination, heart, self-will, and personal judgment, although he sometimes simulates it in us by inspiring us with scruples about trifles and great liberality on dangerous or serious matters. He gives us a great opinion of ourselves, leads us to prefer ourselves to others, to boast of ourselves, unwittingly to pray like the Pharisee.

This spiritual pride is often accompanied by a false humility which makes us speak ill of ourselves on certain points in order to hinder others from speaking ill about us on another point, and in order to give the impression that we are humble. Or indeed it makes us confound humility with timidity, which is rather the fear of rebuffs and scorn.

Instead of nourishing faith by the consideration of the teaching of the Gospel, the spirit of evil draws the attention of certain souls to what is most extraordinary and marvelous, of a nature to make us esteemed, or again to what is foreign to our vocation. He inspires a missionary with the thought of becoming a Carthusian, a Carthusian with that of going to evangelize the infidel. Or, on the contrary, he leads others to minimize the supernatural, to modernize faith by the reading, for example, of liberal, Protestant works.

His way of exciting hope is to give rise to presumption, to lead us to wish to be saints immediately without traversing the indispensable stages and the way of abnegation. He even inspires us with a certain impatience with ourselves and with vexation instead of contrition.

Far from causing our charity to grow, he cultivates self-love in us and, according to temperaments and circumstances, makes charity deviate either in the direction of a humanitarian sentimentalism of extreme indulgence, or toward liberalism under the guise of generosity, or, on the contrary, toward a bitter zeal, which chides others indiscriminately instead of correcting itself. He shows us the mote in our neighbor's eye, when there is a beam in our own.

Instead of giving peace, this spirit engenders dissensions, hatreds. People no longer dare to talk to us; we would not put up with contradiction. An encumbering personalism can thus lead a man to see only himself and unconsciously to place himself on a pedestal.

Should we commit a very evident sin, which we cannot conceal, we fall into confusion, vexation, discouragement; and the devil, who veiled the danger from us before the sin, now exaggerates the difficulties of turning back to God and seeks to lead us to spiritual desolation. He fashions souls to his own image; he rose through pride and he fell in despair.

Great care must therefore be exercised if we have lively sensible devotion and come forth from prayer with increased self-love, preferring ourselves to others, failing in simplicity with our superiors and director. The lack of humility and obedience is a certain indication that it is not God who guides us.

.... indeed we see lack of holy-humility and obedience to superiors and spiritual directors is a certain indication that God is not guiding us...

...remember the devil does not show his horns right away..he is a consummate spirit of insidious trickery... this spirit adopts different cunning guises (masks) and so let us all be wise and vigilant....so as not to be fooled by superficial veneers of piety....

....let us all inspired by a spirit of humility and zeal for spiritual introspection and punctiliousness call to mind our own impetus for love and by doing so reach out to those who are most in need...

...As Jesus had said in the Gospel to the God fearing woman that her faith had healed her..if one understands that faith is a gift from God which causes the intellect of man to be raised to a more divine inclination and so such an act cannot be made by the human will alone... since man cannot raise himself to a higher potential without divine aid and so in an interior way God moves the soul...

The Pelagians held that this cause was nothing else than man's free-will: and consequently they said that the beginning of faith is from ourselves, inasmuch as, to wit, it is in our power to be ready to assent to things which are of faith, but that the consummation of faith is from God, Who proposes to us the things we have to believe. But this is false, for, since man, by assenting to matters of faith, is raised above his nature, this must needs accrue to him from some supernatural principle moving him inwardly; and this is God. Therefore faith, as regards the assent which is the chief act of faith, is from God moving man inwardly by grace.

-Summa Theologica (Question 6. The Cause of Faith, Article 1. Whether faith is infused into man by God?)...

...indeed we can see also that since God does not contradict himself we will see that a phenomenon which may be said to be an instrumental aid to grace cannot subvert the Church and Its heart where Christ dwells as the fountain of all graces...so we see Faith and the manner of healing will not come about through contradictory channels..in short God will not move souls to contradict his magisters and the successors to his apostles...so we see that God is logical and rational...and any genuine healing or miracle must occur directly through Jesus the sacraments and then other Church approved instrumental channels which do not supplant proper Church dictates....since many apparent cures happen at other Non-Christian Holy Sites this is not a verification of supernaturality since God is not his own enemy unless such a healing moves one toward his Heart which resides in the Church..all grace pours from Christ and all faith is gifted by God and faith is the vehicle for miracles so we see that temporal locales whether curiosity or belief stanchioned remain only phenomenological spiritual artifacts for the quickening of faith and are not the direct sources ....indeed the devil has been known to cause sickness in an agent and after a time remove the offending cause and thereby consummate an apparent miraculous healing.....

...although Kabir the Philospher makes a cogent point about the efficacy of artifact without faith ..still a voice for the spirit of the world (rational relativism)....without faith one is bent and blinded .... chained by sin in the cave of rational relative sense with a back to the divine seeing the shadows of things as they are absolutely passing through the periphery of our subjectivity... it is through faith we are healed and set on the path to true actuality....

“There is nothing but water in the holy pools. I know, I have been swimming there. All the gods sculpted of wood or ivory can’t say a word. I know, I have been crying out to them. The Sacred Books of the East are nothing but words. I looked through their covers one day sideways. What Kabir talks of is only what he has lived through. If you have not lived through something, it is not true.”

...without faith we are spiritually and intellectually amaurotic ...a slave to sense....let us not blind our faith by empiric realism.......

......as John of the cross says....

Those who now desire to question God or receive some vision or revelation are guilty not only of foolishness but also of offending God by not fixing their gaze entirely on CHrist but by living with the desire for some peculiar novelty

MEDJUGORJE POPE FRANCIS DECLARES SHRINE STATUS???

MEDJUGORJE IS NOT AN OFFICIAL SHRINE

..contrary to an aberrant notion being spread in public forums MEDJUGORJE is not an official shrine...contrary to the mind of a misinformed body of the faithful Medjugorje is not a shrine by Default....

.. the official stance of the Church and Pope Francis himself is the Zadar Declaration..it cannot be ascertained that the Church is dealing with a supernatural phenomenon at MEDJUGORJE...yet there is a persistent appeal to public credulity whereby many adherents  splinter artifacts of the Truth in an attempt to fabricate scenarios based on speculation and by so doing pawn such a manipulation of credibility into an official endorsement of the Church...

..nowhere in the annals of the Church has MEDJUGORJE officially been declared a SHRINE...

...indeed many sites which are not Church sanctioned grasp at this statement made in 1993 and try to purloin the relevance and change this public statement into an official Church Declaration...

“We bishops, after a three-year-long commission study accept Medjugorje as a holy place, as a shrine. This means that we have nothing against it if someone venerates the Mother of God in a manner also in agreement with the teaching and belief of the Church…”

..this quote was published in Glas Koncila as an article in 1993 and the commission referred to is the Zadar Commission...there is no context given..as well many assume this is the result of another Commission however there was no other commission at this time...and so this statement refers to the Zadar Commission..as is well known the Zadar Commission and the Bishop's Conference did not dedicate a shrine to the Virgin at this time...indeed nowhere in the Church has Medjugorje been named a Shrine...

...the statement maintains that the Bishops accept Medjugorje as a shrine if someone venerates the Mother of God in a manner in AGREEMENT with the Church...to state that the Mother of God is actually appearing in Medjugorje is NOT venerating Mary in agreement with the beliefs of the Church..and of course this is happening in Medjugorje...

..and so if one is assuming Mary the Mother of God is appearing in Medjugorje then the Bishops cannot consider Medjugorje a Holy place or a shrine since the veneration runs inimical to the beliefs of the Church....

..since the Zadar Declaration is an official belief of the Church it must be accepted as a directive made from the mind of the Church..to go against this would be unreasonable & imprudent..possibly placing one's salvation in jeopardy.....

..as well according to Canon 1231...

Can. 1231 For a shrine to be called a national shrine, the conference of bishops must give its approval; for it to be called an international shrine, the approval of the Holy See is required.

..since the Bishops Conference of Zadar have stated nothing supernatural can be ascertained as well as never declaring a shrine here at medjugorje we can see that according to Canon 1231 we need the approval of the Bishops to start the process....subsequently the Holy See proceeds to make Medjugorje an International shrine..however in order for Medjugorje to be an international shrine it must be a national one first..since what is aggregate of the entire must summarily comprise every succesive  parcel of the whole...we cannot have an international shrine if we do not have a national shrine first..and so the Pope will not make Medjugorje an international shrine since the Bishops Conference have not allowed the first contingent step to occur in the process...sadly much misinformation is disseminated in public forums leading the body of the faithful into great confusion and scandal...let us all examine ourselves in a spirit of studious recollection so that we may find unity in one discernment through the Church .....amen

MEDJUGORJE THE FIRST SECRET

Medjugorje: THE SECRET

THE SECRET OF MEDJUGORJE

...[ DID YOU KNOW THE VIRGIN MARY NEVER APPEARED IN MEDJUGORJE?? ]...
