MEDJUGORJE | MESSAGE JULY 2 ...a creeping syncretism

MEDJUGORJE | A CREEPING SYNCRETISM

Dear children, I am calling you to spread the faith in my Son – your faith.

You, my children illuminated by the Holy Spirit, my apostles, transmit it to others – to those who do not believe, who do not know, who do not want to know – but for that you must pray a lot for the gift of love, because love is the mark of true faith – and you will be apostles of my love.

Love always, anew, revives the pain and the joy of the Eucharist, it revives the pain of the Passion of my Son, by which he showed you what it means to love immeasurably; it revives the joy for having left you his body and blood to feed you with himself – and in this way, to be one with you.

Looking at you with tenderness, I feel immeasurable love which strengthens me in my desire to bring you to a firm faith. Firm faith will give you joy and happiness on earth and in the end the encounter with my Son.

This is his desire.

Therefore, live him, live love, live the light that always illuminates you in the Eucharist.

I implore you to pray a lot for your shepherds, to pray so as to have all the more love for them because my Son gave them to you to feed you with his body and to teach you love.

Therefore, you are also to love them.

But, my children, remember, love means to endure and to give, and never, ever to judge.

Thank you.

...this the message of July ,2, 2015...

..it is apparent that Our Lady is espousing the heresy of humanism...not to judge...and to tolerate without judgement...true prudence is important as is tact...yet our lady here is not espousing love as it appears in charity...which is to love one another as each one is referred to some common good..which good rests in God's commandments...if we do not judge whether someone is doing good or perverting it according to the normative measure contained in God's commandments...then we cannot love them...which is to say we cannot refer them to the common good...and so the above message is contradictory...

..let us all beware of  counterfeit messages which appear consoling yet which lure us to trust our own emotions over the reason espoused by the Gospel itself...amen

MEDJUGORJE | LATEST MESSAGE..SPIRITUAL SEDITION

MEDJUGORJE | THE SPIRITUAL SEDITION OF GOSPA

Dear children, today in a special way I invite you to pray for peace. Open yourself to the Holy Spirit, dear children, so that the Holy Spirit may guide you. Particularly at this time, dear children, pray for my beloved Holy Father; pray for his mission of peace.
I pray with you, interceding with my Son for each of you. Thank you dear children, because even today you have responded to my call.

Message to Ivan Dragicevic, August 17, 2014

….at MEDJUGORJE the VIRGIN MOTHER is thwarting the action of the PARACLETE..for she is espousing the deliberate errors of the reformers…the FIVE SOLAE…were and are the reformers attempt to subvert and usurp the living magisterium…particularly pernicious are the tenets of SOLA SCRIPTURA and SOLI DEO GLORIA…for accordingly  the tenet of Glory to GOD ALONE…removes CHRIST from his primacy and dissolves the notion of a spiritual head who has a temporal counterpart in the POPE and his BISHOPS…when we set ourselves up as ecclesia doccens we  show a strident disdain for CHURCH AUTHORITY…and this is how spiritual apostasy occurs..particularly apostasy inobedientiae..or the falling away from AUTHORITY..which was instituted by Christ when he told his apostles he would send the spirit of truth to guide his living magisterium….if we as a community had heeded the BISHOP at the outset then..we would not have the spiritual contention that we now see...for many who are still new in the spiritual life mistake the old habit of utilitarian temperance over the infused gift of holy fear or cardinal temperance...and so they believe they will be more pleasing to GOD as they perceive his will to be rather than accepting how his will has actually been communicated through his temporal AGENTS....

..in this message we are told to listen to the spirit ...and ignore the organs of CHURCH ..but this is a contraversion of the GOSPEL...since in the GOSPEL we are told to test the spirits and that he who listens to the APOSTLES and their successors who act within their scope of communion..are those who are true followers of CHrist...for he who hears them hears the spirit of truth....

..if we as the laity feel moved by the spirit yet our interior movement comes into conflict with what our living magisterium tells us…particularly at MEDJUGORJE where our Bishops have directed us successively within the bounds of the office that no visions of a supernatural order have occurred ever…then we need to re-align our thinking and not fall victim to rash presumption..for hope in God’s mercy without ordained holy fear in the agents chosen by the spirit becomes prideful presumption and so brings us into league with the spirit of the REFORMERS…

….in this most current apparent message from the MOTHER OF GOD…we are told to open up to the HOLY SPIRIT…indeed if we truly have opened up to the HOLY SPIRIT at MEDJUGORJE we as a covenant people in communion would take seriously the supplications of two good BISHOPS who have stated that supernatural visitations are NOT occurring at this place…for the BISHOP is the AGENT of the HOLY SPIRIT in this place…and is ordained for this office….

..since we see in the Catechism that BISHOPS have received the charism from the spirit of truth..the PARACLETE..or advocate..to teach and to govern ….

886 "The individual bishops are the visible source and foundation of unity in their own particular Churches."408 As such, they "exercise their pastoral office over the portion of the People of God assigned to them,"409 assisted by priests and deacons. But, as a member of the episcopal college, each bishop shares in the concern for all the Churches.410 The bishops exercise this care first "by ruling well their own Churches as portions of the universal Church," and so contributing "to the welfare of the whole Mystical Body, which, from another point of view, is a corporate body of Churches."411 They extend it especially to the poor,412 to those persecuted for the faith, as well as to missionaries who are working throughout the world.

888 Bishops, with priests as co-workers, have as their first task "to preach the Gospel of God to all men," in keeping with the Lord's command.415 They are "heralds of faith, who draw new disciples to Christ; they are authentic teachers" of the apostolic faith "endowed with the authority of Christ."

…so one sees from the Catechism of the Catholic Church…that Bishops are the visible source of unity..and those who are in communion with the Church are endowed with the authority of Christ..and as such they receive the charism of teaching and governance…and are instruments of the spirit of truth…

..so we see particulary in MEDJUGORJE the Bishop has not espoused sin and is acting within his Authority..and is not under discipline from the Vatican and so he provides a source of reasonable discernment on the matters at hand…and by the duty afforded the fourth precept of the Decalogue we are to honour our parents of whom the Bishop becomes one by spiritual extension….

2197 The fourth commandment opens the second table of the Decalogue. It shows us the order of charity. God has willed that, after him, we should honor our parents to whom we owe life and who have handed on to us the knowledge of God. We are obliged to honor and respect all those whom God, for our good, has vested with his authority.

..so since God has vested the local Ordinary at MEDJUGORJE with the authority to teach and govern we must not ignore his directives…for to do so would mean one is dangerously broaching the perimeters of spiritual incredulity and schism…

..before one decides to make a pilgrimage to MEDJUGORJE they would do well to consult the website BISKUPIJE MOSTAR-DUVNO..to see the current guidelines concerning pastoral directives…

..or better yet one should seriously consider a pilgrimage to a fully approved Marian shrine such as FATIMA …LOURDES or GUADALUPE…..amen

MEDJUGORJE UPDATE | GOD IS NOT A BODY...

MEDJUGORJE... GOD IS NOT A BODY

...From the Summa Contra Gentiles of Thomas Aquinas we have Chapter 20- God is not a Body..

from his disputations we see how those people who believe that wisdom  dwells in the bodily refreshment of apparitions of those things which are divine..such are greatly deceived since God is not a body..God is a spirit and those who wish to love him with the naked intention of the total dispensation of their will would do well to seek God in SPIRIT and TRUTH..through obedience to the precepts of his CHurch and those agents which he has vested with his authority....

from the Summa Contra Gentiles

[2] Every body, being a continuum, is composite and has parts. But, as we have shown, God is not composite, and is, therefore, not a body.

[3] Again, everything possessed of quantity is in a certain manner in potency. For a continuum is potentially divisible to infinity, while numbers can be increased to infinity. But every body has quantity and is therefore in potency. But God is not in potency, being pure act, as has been shown. Therefore, God is not a body.

[9] Again, no infinite power is a power in a magnitude. But the power of the prime mover is an infinite power. Therefore, it is not in any magnitude. Therefore, God, Who is the prime mover, is neither a body nor a power in a body

[11] That the power of the first mover is infinite is proved thus. No finite power can move in an infinite time. But the power of the first mover moves in an infinite time because the first motion is endless. Therefore, the power of the prime mover is infinite. The first proposition is proved thus. If the finite power of some body moves in an infinite time, a part of that body, having a part of the power, will move in a shorter time; for the greater the power of a mover, the more it will be able to keep up its motion in a longer time. Thus, the aforementioned part will move in a finite time, and a greater part will be able to move in a longer time. Thus, as we add to the power of the mover, we shall always add to the time according to the same proportion. But after a certain addition has been made, the addition will reach the quantity of the whole or even exceed it. So, too, an addition of time will reach the quantity of time in which it moves the whole. But the time in which it moved the whole was said to be infinite. Therefore, a finite time will measure an infinite time—which is impossible

[30] No motion, furthermore, which is from a corporeal mover can be continuous and regular, because in local motion a corporeal mover moves by pulling and pushing. Now, what is pulled or pushed is not uniformly disposed towards its mover from the beginning to the end of the motion, since at times it will be nearer and at other times farther away. Thus, no body can move with a continuous and regular motion. But the first motion is continuous and regular, as is proved in Physics VIII [7]. Therefore, the mover of the first motion is not a body.

..these are just a few of the many arguments  Aquinas gives to show that God is  pure spirit not contained within any body...

..true it is easier for the human mind to construct through the imagination forms of God to aid one in directing their devotion to a particular attribute of God..or even to remind one of those we love such as a Mother or a Father figure..however if we are to love in a more chaste sense then we will abandon the notion that God is a body and that the refreshment one recevies from  spectres and apparitions only prove to put obstacles between  our being and the TRUTH and the secundum quid EVIDENCE of what  God is...

..by chasing apparitions we put barriers between ourselves and God ..yet many are deceived at MEDJUGORJE since they have not been educated correctly in the spirit...we must seek God in spirit and abide by the precepts of Holy Church.....

...in order to Love God we must Love in humility and Obedience and through poverty of spirit which is abnegation of the will...so that it is God doing the willing..and this is how we put off the old person and put on the new person in CHrist... amen

MEDJUGORJE PILGRIMAGES: THE DUPLICITOUS MESSAGES of GOSPA

MEDJUGORJE PILGRIMAGES: The DUPLICITOUS MESSAGE of GOSPA

..according to the seers the GOSPA of MEDJUGORJE has said ... Catholics of good conscience and people of all creeds are called to conversion of heart, prayer and fasting...practical prayer as well as a salutary disposition of soul and mind...fasting not only in a corporal sense but also fasting of the reason and desires..to exercise prudence and temperance..which of course we do not see at MEDJUGORJE since the proponents have failed to obey the Agency and agents of God in his Church ..the successors to the apostles...

...if one examines the messages more closely and uses the scriptures as a mirror of discernment along with the laws of love as they are evinced through the dogmas and traditions of the Church and the exhortations of the bishops in good standing we see that there are many contradictions...

April 25, 1994 "Dear children! Today I invite you to decide to pray according to my intention. Little children, I invite each one of you to help my plan to be realized through this parish. Now I invite you in a special way, little children, to decide to go along the way of holiness. Only this way will you be close to me. I love you and I desire to conduct you all with me to Paradise. But, if you do not pray and if you are not humble and obedient to the messages which I am giving you, I cannot help you. Thank you for having responded to my call."

..according to this message the GOSPA is instigating rebellion and insubordination to the local Ordinary( the Bishop)..as well as the Bishops of Zadar as well as the CDF ... it was the Bishop in good standing who has cautioned and indeed ordered that the dissemination of any messages be not made or attributed to the Mother God of God... the Zadar Bishops and the CDF have concurred...indeed how is one to walk the paths of holiness if they have not the humility to trust the Shepherds of the Church..as well how can one reconcile the fact that the Gospa herself is contradicting an order of her Son...this order is to obey the Bishops who are not purveying any sinful decree...

[10] And thou shalt do whatsoever they shall say, that preside in the place, which the Lord shall choose, and what they shall teach thee,

[8] If thou perceive: Here we see what authority God was pleased to give to the church guides of the Old Testament, in deciding, without appeal, all controversies relating to the law; promising that they should not err therein; and surely he has not done less for the church guides of the New Testament.

[11] According to his law; and thou shalt follow their sentence: neither shalt thou decline to the right hand nor to the left hand. [12] But he that will be proud, and refuse to obey the commandment of the priest, who ministereth at that time to the Lord thy God, and the decree of the judge, that man shall die, and thou shalt take away the evil from Israel: [13] And all the people hearing it shall fear, that no one afterwards swell with pride

                                      Deuteronomy 17:10-13

..so we see from scripture that defying a bishop in good standing provides an occaision of placing one’s soul in grave danger from spiritual death...

[20] Amen, amen I say to you, he that receiveth whomsoever I send, receiveth me; and he that receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me.

John 13:20

10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil. Whosoever is not just is not of God, or he that loveth not his brother.

1 John 3:10

....of course in order to be just one must be fair and give everyone their rightful due..and when we disrespect the wishes of a Shepherd of God the local Bishop then we are not practicing justice and equanimity...are we showing love to the local Bishop whose mission is to protect us from error when we proceed in a spirit of public disdain for his witness and ignore his pleas...

....as well we have the Catechism of the Church as a sure guide...

CCC 896, “Let all follow the bishop, as Jesus Christ follows his Father, and the college of presbyters as the apostles; respect the deacons as you do God's law. Let no one do anything concerning the Church in separation from the bishop."

....of course the Gospa wants all to follow her message but not to follow the advice of the local Bishop...or the advice of the Zadar Commission or the advice of the CDF who have told the faithful to stop presuming the credibility of any apparition publicly....

..this is just one message of thousands and in other mesages the GOSPA advises prayer for God’s priests however if one does not obey the priests and bishops and become a vehicle for God’s grace through practical prayer which is done by following an agent of God’s commands then prayer indeed does not actuate its full potential since obstinate supplicants thwart the efficacy of God’s grace...through obedience we attain unity....

As Thomas Aquinas wisely says...

..such people are viewed as fanatics who try to bend everyone to their whim rather than trying to accept each person for their deficiencies as God accepts us all..and to work to create unity of cause...indeed not all faithful are called to pray, fast, read the bible and go to mass every day...some do more some do less..however if we keep up with our obligations and live the law of love as Jesus says..to love one another as i have loved you..this is the chief commandment..a shortcut to heaven..indeed one must not neglect the sacraments however one is not required to pray, fast and attend confession (unless in a state of mortal sin) under a strict regime unless they are in a religious vocation....it is bewildering to watch as many proponents adopt a Pharisiacal attitude that they are more Holy since they pray and fast and Go to mass every day..however this is the spirit which Jesus rebukes...

..so we see adherents at MEDJUGORJE praying so that the Bishop change his stance and accept the messages of the GOSPA yet this is unwise and definately contrary to the will of God who exhorts us to be loving and kind and  in humility submit to the advice of our spiritual Fathers who are not espousing sin....this is the type of fanaticism petulance and hypocrisy which makes all Chirstians look bad..indeed this type of attitude is an enemy to peace since such a one is still absorbed in their own prerogatives and not resigned to take up the cross and follow Christ..the cross of human suffering..indeed no one can carry Christ's cross yet we all can carry a small portion of it as the apostle exhorts us in the Gospel where he mentions ...

24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up those things that are wanting of the sufferings of Christ, in my flesh, for his body, which is the church:
Colossians 1:24

April 25, 1996 "Dear children! Today I invite you again to put prayer in the first place in your families. Little children, when God is in the first place, then you will, in all that you do, seek the will of God. In this way your daily conversion will become easier. Little children, seek with humility that which is not in order in your hearts, and you shall understand what you have to do. Conversion will become a daily duty that you will do with joy. Little children, I am with you, I bless you all and I invite you to become my witnesses by prayer and personal conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call."

..from another message we are  purportedly told by the GOSPA to put GOD first...if we do not listen to his agents...the Bishops and the CDF then we are not explicitly putting GOD first..we are subjugating GOD to the urges of our own desires and our own will...and so the GOSPA herself is espousing a duplicitous spirituality which is not sincerely seeking unity....let us all examine ourselves through a spirit of contrition and by the principles of philia and agape love so that we may not be a slave to our own spiritually erotic desires ...let us strive for a rational love ...amen

MEDJUGORJE LATEST MESSAGE: Fear of Hell & Good Works

MEDJUGORJE LATEST MESSAGE: Fear of Hell and Good works

..from the Council of Trent on Justification  Canon VIII we see concerning fear of hell..

---Canon VIII. If any one shall say, that the fear of hell, through which, by grieving for

our sins, we flee unto the mercy of God, or refrain from sinning, is a sin, or makes sinners

worse let him be anathema

..this being said fear of hell which moves a soul to good works and quickens the spirit to becoming faithful servants of God is indeed a great gift however the gifts of God can indeed be abused and turned into self-serving slavery just as any good can be abused and this is what should be avoided through habitual inspection of conscience by order of a good examination which may be procured online or from a good spiritual advisor...

..indeed for each station in life there will be a corresponding aptly suited examination which will take into account the activities normal in for such a vocational capacity...

...Indeed what one should endeavour to do in the spiritual life is avoid spiritual lust since this habit will subvert the gifts of God and make such a one a hireling or a spiritual merchant(a Pharisee)  rather than a faithful servant...

As the great spiritual sublimator Jan Van Ruysbroeck mentions in his spiritual treatise THE SPARKLING STONE....

6 – Of The Difference Between The Hirelings And The Faithful Servants Of God

Now you may mark this: that some men receive the gifts of God as hirelings, but others as faithful servants of God; and these differ one from another in all inward works, that is, in love and intention, in feeling and in every exercise of the inward life.

Now understand this well: all those who love themselves so inordinately that they will not serve God, save for their own profit and because of their own reward, these separate themselves from God, and dwell in bondage and in their own selfhood; for they seek, and aim at, their own, in all that they do. And therefore, with all their prayers and with all their good works, they seek after temporal things, or may be strive after eternal things for their own benefit and for their own profit. These men are bent upon themselves in an inordinate way; and that is why they ever abide alone with themselves, for they lack the true love which would unite them with God and with all His beloved. And although these men seem to keep within the law and the commandments of God and of Holy Church, they do not keep within the law of love; for all that they do, they do, not out of love, but from sheer necessity, lest they shall be damned. And, because they are inwardly unfaithful, they dare not trust in God; but their whole inward life is doubt and fear, travail and misery. For they see on the right hand eternal life, and this they are afraid of losing; and they see on the left hand the eternal pains of hell, and these they are afraid of gaining. But all their prayers, all their labour and all the good works, whatsoever they do, to cast out this fear, help them not; for the more inordinately they love themselves, the more they fear hell. And from this you may learn that their fear of hell springs from self-love, which seeks its own.

Now the Prophet, and also the Preacher, say: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; but by this is meant that fear which is exercised upon the right side, where one considers the loss of eternal blessedness, for this fear arises from the natural tendency which every man has in himself to be blessed, that is, to see God. And therefore, even though a man may be faithless to God, yet whenever he truly observes himself from within, he feels himself to be leaning out from himself towards that blessedness which is God. And this blessedness he fears to lose; for he loves himself better than God, and he loves blessedness wholly for his own sake. And therefore he dare not trust in God. And yet this is that Fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom and is a law to the unfaithful servants of God: for it compels a man to leave sin, and to strive after virtue, and to do good deeds, and these things prepare a man from without to receive the grace of God and become a faithful servant.

But from that very hour in which, with God’s help, he can overcome his selfhood—that is to say when he is so detached from himself that he is able to leave in the keeping of God everything of which he has need—behold, through doing this he is so well pleasing to God that God bestows upon him His grace. And, through grace, he feels true love: and love casts out doubt and fear, and fills the man with hope and trust, and thus he becomes a faithful servant, and means and loves God in all that he does. Behold, this is the difference between the faithful servant and the hireling.

..let us all do our best and serve God according to our respective talents amen….

MEDJUGORJE MESSAGES: patience, munificence, magnanimity

MEDJUGORJE MESSAGES:  patience, munificence, magnanimity

..as rills from a mountain-cap many virtues flow from each of the four cardinal virtues...now one may see in order to  remove from the will of the faithful those obstructions to reasonable action which arise as a result of many years of bad habits or complacent inurism Fortitude is key...

..now attached to fortitude are other key virtues which flow as spiritual rivulets from the main source..if the mountain-cap is the high region spiritually which is closest to God in aspiration and the snow being the cold soul ensconced with itself...it follows that a yearning towards God will eventually melt the cold habits and from here rivers of virtue will flow down through to the valley of humility....

... appended to the virtue of holy fortitude we have patience, munificence, magnanimity, perseverance, courage, steadfastness, ordinate  fastidious resoluteness....

..indeed if one is patient they are willing to endure great tribulations or small trials for a reasonable good and not be discouraged or become crestfallen with their particular situation in life since God orders all so that everyone has the opportunity to approach him..through munificence one is inclined to give heroically and be generous as the widow who gave a few pennies although these were offered at a great price since she herself was quite poor materially....courage enables one to face opposition in the daily practice of faith and to repress the fear of reproach or scorn and not to turn limpid or give up when the dryness and crosses of the spiritual life are sent after the initial good feelings of finding God are encountered....

..if one is inclined to patience and well ordered in their spiritual inclinations they will be obedient to their spiritual superiors and so take what the local Bishop at  Medjugorje has said to heart and pray for him as we all should as good Christians might who live in the confidence of charity and good hope of a unified life everlasting.....

...now let us hear what the saints tell us about the virtues annexed to holy Fortitude....

patience is the companion of wisdom”......St. Augustine

if i be worthy, i live for my god to teach the heathen, even though they despise me.”

I am patrick, yes a sinner and indeed untaught; yet i am established here in ireland where i profess myself bishop. I am certain in my heart that "all that i am," i have received from God. So i live among barbarous tribes, a stranger and exile for the love of God......

....St Patrick

Reprimand and rebuke should be accepted as healing remedies for vice and as conducive to good health. From this it is clear that those who pretend to be tolerant because they wish to flatter-----those who thus fail to correct sinners-----actually cause them to suffer supreme loss and plot the destruction of that life which is their true life…..

..St. Basil the Great

“Patience is power…it is not an absence of action…rather it is timing…..it waits on the right time to act….for the right principles…and in the right way..”

….Bishop Fulton Sheen   (Venerable Servant of God)

As iron is fashioned by fire and on the anvil, so in the fire of suffering and under the weight of trials, our souls receive that form which our Lord desires them to have.

--St. Madeline Sophie Barat

Always remember to love your neighbor; always prefer the one who tries your patience, who tests your virtue, because with her you can always merit: suffering is Love; the Law is Love.

--Blessed Mary of Jesus Crucified …"The Little Arab"
